Y6 Transition



Our local high schools have been busy preparing a Year 6 Transition areas for their school websites.
These pages can be accessed from the high school home pages.
If you child is in school, they will be completing the same activities as those following home leanring.
St Thomas More
The web link is www.stmacademy.org.uk
They would like pupils to complete two activities a day, one from the 'Priority' group and one from the 'Choice' group.
Pupils can take a photograph of their work and email it, or email an electronic version of the work to STM's transition email address (transition@stmacademy.org.uk). The work will then be collated over the summer and shared with staff in the new term. Alternatively, they can keep the paper copies of their work somewhere safe until they can bring them into school (hopefully in September).
Alongside the activities, there will be video introductions from each Head of Department which you can view at home.
